Excellent space with a wonderful teacher

I stumbled into this studio looking for a place to practice during my month long stay in Santo Domingo, and what a blessing! I only took classes from Alma, so I can’t speak to the rest, but her classes alone are reason enough for me to come back to the DR.

I can only recommend the yoga classes in this institute and especially the yoga teacher training with Maria Luisa.
