had an outstanding experience with this car rental company from start to finish. From the moment I booked, everything felt smooth, professional, and stress-free. Communication was fast, clear, and genuinely friendly nothing felt rushed or confusing. They made the entire process incredibly easy, even for someone traveling from out of town. The pick-up was seamless. The car was ready exactly on time, spotless inside and out, and smelled fresh like it had just come from a detail shop. The staff walked me through everything without making me feel pressured or overwhelmed. They explained the features, answered my questions, and made sure I felt confident before driving off. The vehicle itself was perfect comfortable, reliable, and very well-maintained. It drove like a brand-new car with zero mechanical issues. I really appreciated the attention to detail: full tank of gas, tire pressure checked, Bluetooth already connected, and the AC cooling instantly (which I LOVED, especially in this heat). You can tell they take pride in the quality of the cars they offer. Returning the car was just as easy. No long wait times, no hidden fees, and no last-minute surprises. They inspected the vehicle quickly, confirmed everything looked good, and sent me the final receipt immediately. Honest, straightforward business you can’t beat that. I rented the car in October 2025. I want to highlight that the service was truly outstanding — professional from the moment I picked up the car to the moment I returned it. I rented a 2025 Kia Picanto. Full insurance was included in the rental price , so I had nothing to worry about. The car was in excellent condition, had very good fuel efficiency, and the staff were polite with fast communication on all organizational matters. Thank you !

Thank you Alex for the amazing, personable and affordable experience. Communication was always 10/10 from booking, pick up and drop off, even after we had an itinerary change the night before. We saved so much money and time because the vehicle was more affordable than chain companies (even after their alleged coupons and savings), car was fun to drive and great on gas, fully insured (which the chain companies lie and charge you extra for), no hidden fees and no crazy deposits. Alex was also kind enough to drop us off at the airport after meeting us to retrieve the car. Can’t say better things about our experience. Book your rental with them, y’all! You will be glad you did. I promise.

I’ve rented cars all over the world but this was by far the easiest experience I’ve ever had! Communication was quick, there were no secret hidden costs or charges at the end, full insurance included for peace of mind, the car was immaculate & comfortable (Kia Sonet which we had for 15days) and was incredibly cheap on fuel! Vroom even gave us a bunch of recommendations of places to visit & things to do! Couldn’t recommend more highly. 10/10!
