They promised to deliver an embroidered piece within a week, but two weeks have passed and it still isn't ready. What bothers me most is the lack of communication and responsibility regarding the deadlines they themselves promise. As a customer, one plans their time around those dates. I feel that if I don't keep checking in and asking questions, they could leave the piece unfinished for up to a month. I understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, but the right thing to do is to have trained staff available when these unforeseen circumstances occur. Unfortunately, my experience was not good.

Tried getting a quote for 2 weeks for some uniforms. I kept visiting the local and writing on whatsapp. They kept telling me they would get back to me. The manager was never there and am still waiting for the quote. Image how long it would take to actually get the product. Horrible customer service!

They're extremely irresponsible. They tell you they'll deliver on a certain date, but they don't. Then, when they're supposedly ready, you go to pick it up, and they haven't even put it in the machine! They should be ashamed of themselves for being so irresponsible.

The boss gave me 30 days leading time because they were very busy. after 30 days they forgot my order. when ordered was ready it was the wrong material. Not refund or apology.

I like the posibilities this company has for printed items. The 1 star rating isn't based on their products. The 1 star rating is based on the customer service.
