Ticket agent was quick, plenty of seating in the waiting room. Ample parking.

The bus was fine. Customer service: terrible. It makes you think: if they don't want to work, they should just go home and leave the job to someone who actually wants it and knows how to treat people politely.

Ride was good. Lost a point as they were not organized with their ticketing system n boarding system.

We used it to travel from Santo Domingo to Punta Cana, and it was very good, although it makes several stops; they dropped us off right in front of our hotel. The only downside was that the staff wasn't very friendly.
