



Very disappointing service. Delivery is slow, but the biggest issue is how they handle problems. If something goes wrong and it’s not the customer’s fault, they offer zero support. In my case, USPS marked the package as undeliverable and stated it would be returned unless contacted. This is clearly something the receiving warehouse should handle, since they are the official recipient. However, the company did absolutely nothing to help. It feels like they are only interested in collecting fees, but not in actually supporting their customers when issues arise. Situations like this are not difficult to resolve - they just require basic effort, which seems to be completely lacking here. Would not recommend if you expect any level of responsibility or customer support.
Far too expensive; I paid US$80 for delivery on a 14-pound package.
This courier forwarding service has got worse and worse over the last year. You can wait for up to 10 days for your delivery to be made. I guess they are charging high prices per pound of weight but using a slow service to maximise on more profit. I have over 30 items delivered in the past 60 days and the service is terrible. They even inform you they don't have your delivery and it misterisely turns up 1 month later. STAY AWAY THEY ARE TERRIBLE COURIERS!
