I do recommend 100%. I was in a hurry and they offered me to look for me at the hotel to speed up the process. I did not have enough cash and they accompanied me to the bank and stayed and drive me back to the office again. They were very friendly. The communication on the web site was good. I got an immediate response with the chat of the web page. They drove the car to an hotel in Punta Cana (pickup) and then they came to another hotel I was in Bayahibe to get the car back.

I have rented alot of cars in the past in dominicain Republic, and ever time I've had some kind of problem... I was so pleasently surprised with your car.... It was so clean and well kepted, the drive was fantastic great car, started ever time, not one problem along the way, made me feel safe especially that I was going far! ... We are very pleased with the collaboration. They brought the car to the hotel, plus they had the full insurance option. Communication with Miguel was excellent. Portable wifi can be added for extra charge. Reasonable price compared with other rent a car companies in the area. Highly recommend!
