From the moment I booked our amazing villa in Puntacana Resort, I received nothing but first-class service from Sunny Punta Cana. Our concierge, Marc, was easy to communicate with, very detail-oriented, and accommodating to all our requests. He arranged for all our needs at the home, excursions, transportation and really went above and beyond to make sure we had a relaxing and enjoyable visit. I highly recommend renting a home through Sunny Punta Cana. I will definitely be renting another villa in the future.

This was a girls trip with college friends. We could not have had a better long weekend. The house was perfect for a group of 8. The staff at the house were exceptional. Tony was so helpful and made delicious drinks and the chef - Kerys and Yolesua her assistant were amazing. Food was delicious! Marc was also extremely helpful with plans and information. We are already planning our return.

Frank made our trip so special and truly helped in every way possible. He was attentive without ever being intrusive, always anticipating our needs before we even had to ask. From organizing seamless daily details to ensuring every moment felt effortless, his care, professionalism, and genuine kindness elevated the entire experience. Marc was also exceptional and played such an important role throughout our stay. His warmth, attention to detail, and constant willingness to help made us feel incredibly well taken care of, and together, Frank and Marc created an experience that felt both luxurious and personal. The chefs were another highlight of our time at the villa. Every meal was thoughtfully prepared, beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious. They went above and beyond to accommodate preferences and make each dining experience feel special, turning every meal into something we genuinely looked forward to. Overall, the entire villa staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed, comfortable, and completely at home. This villa is truly something special, and the staff led by Fran are the heart of what makes it so unforgettable.

We had a wonderful stay at the Tortuga Bay B6 Villa! The property was perfect for our group (4 adults and 1 child), we enjoyed the pool everyday and the bedrooms were spacious, comfortable and well air conditioned! Marc, the concierge, was always quick to respond to any questions or requests and made sure the home was ready for us (crib, groceries, golf cart). The housekeeper, Maria, was so sweet esp with our son and made sure we had everything we needed during the day while respecting our space and privacy. We also used their chef services for 1-2 meals per day and Chef Dulce was amazing! We had a group with many different tastes and everyone always left the table full and happy - Way more affordable than going out for every meal (and tastier). Overall, highly recommend working with Sunny Punta Cana for your villa rental - from the booking process to our last trip to the airport, everything was taken care of!

Our chef prepared a variety of delicious meals that highlighted the local flavors, each one better than the last. Dining in the villa felt like a five-star restaurant experience, and the attention to detail was unmatched. Our butler was incredibly attentive and always ready to assist with anything we needed, from organising excursions to ensuring our drinks were always topped up by the pool. The maid kept the villa spotless, and every detail was taken care of with a smile. Very kind people. Our concierge, Marc, was also amazing and tailored all our needs. He booked for us to attend the lagoon near our villa. Which was incredible! Stunning views and our villa was only a few minutes walk from the beautiful beach. We had two golf carts which was provided by the villa, to help us get around the complex. They also had a kids play area and petting zoo, along with horses, donkey, chickens and some goats. Kids loved it! In the complex they had fine dining on the beach, the food was out of this world and service was even better. Overall, this villa provided a truly luxurious and relaxing experience. If you're looking for a place to unwind and be pampered in the Dominican Republic, I highly recommend this villa. It was an unforgettable stay, and I can't wait to return!
