We did the couples Senses massage and it was amazing. We got our full 120 minutes and everything described for the service. They had a nice waiting area with infused water as well. The bath/sauna area is open to public as long as you bring your own towel. We enjoyed it on the day before and right after our massage. However because the spa area is open to all hotel guests, there were a few loud groups that ruined the relaxing post massage experience for us. Wish they had a separate area for those who paid for services but they do have a private area for $250 an hour. We felt that price was too expensive since it's close to the price of a long massage.

LOVE LOVE LOVE! It was my 1st time in the DR and this was an AMAZING experience. I get massages on the regular in the US for multiple reasons. This experience did not disappoint. It all started with Clarissa the hostess. Clarissa did an excellent job asking the right questions to help choose the right service. Clarissa was very patient and attentive. Day of my service, Keila was respectful, gentle and responsive. Keila's humbling personality brought a calmness that helped me to relax. Kelia is very diverse with her skills and her massage pressure (which is a plus). Again, this experience was an AMAZING experience. Kudos to Clarissa and Kelia for a job well done.

Waited 30 + mins for a massage that I had booked for 12 pm .. Juby the reception said that the masseuse was going to take 10 mins, 30 mins later I was still sitting in the lobby. Terrible service.

Terrible service. They cheated with the time. If you book 30 min massage or facial they give you 25 min. Plus they dont chande towels, use same towels for everyone, they felt wet and smell probably from previous customers. When spoke to the manager she refused to help and was very rude
