This place is the best place in town! If you want a luxurious resort experience, then it’s not for you. But if you want an authentic, local, heartwarming experience with great view, delicious homemade food, great company and excellent hosts, this is where you should book. We read a lot of good reviews about this place before booking and we were not disappointed. Roberto and Felicia really love what they do. And there is also a very lovely dog named Seda, who became our friend the moment we arrivedz This place is a bit on the hill side but it’s close enough to the city and all the other places. If you walk towards the mountain, then you can find a trail that goes to playa colorada fairly quickly. We stayed for 6 nights and wish we had stayed longer. I’ll definitely comeback if I ever visit las Galéras again. I wish Roberto and Felicia a thriving business!

We were very well received!! They are very nice people! The pool is great and the food is awesome 👌 They make the best mojitos and pina coladas!!

You know that feeling of coming home after a long day? This place will give you that. We booked 2 nights, stayed for 4, and didn't want to leave. The rooms are basic, so if you're looking for a 5star hotel with air conditioning this is not the place for you. But if you're looking for a true local experience, with amazing affordable food made to perfection, the kindest hosts you'll ever meet, this is the place for you. Seriously, how is this place not booked out the whole year? A true hidden gem.

We felt like at home. That is really a perfect place to relax and feel a caribbean vibe , unspoilt by commercial tourist industry with the best hosts ever! Thank you Felicia and Roberto for the delicious food options for breakfast and dinner, service and drive to Samana. The view from the rancho is breathtaking and the nearby beaches are gorgeous.

I had a wonderful time here! The location itself is perfect, walking distance to stunning beaches and amenities as well. The view outside the rooms is unforgettable!
