We had a terrific time on our private catamaran Bavaro coast cruise to natural pool with snorkeling. DJ played the best tunes, staff was amazing, and photographer captured candid as well as posed moments for us. Lunch was very light, but for the price it was what I expected. Next time I’ll add the additional cost for kebabs and tostones.

Fun & High Energy 5 STARS isn’t enough!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ From the moment we stepped on the yacht, the energy was unmatched. Victor was EVERYTHING organized, engaging, and made sure we had the best time. He went above and beyond! The yacht crew? Elite. Professional, friendly, and kept the party going while making sure we were comfortable and safe. Hands down one of the best experiences ever. Luxury, fun, and flawless service all in one. Highly recommend!

I booked the Los Haitises National Park tour for the day after Christmas in the evening of Christmas. They were still very responsive via WhatsApp on the holiday. I stayed in a small hotel in Friusa, so they sent a driver, who spoke good English, to just pick me up in the morning. The tour guide and bus driver were super friendly. The Los Haitises tour was a 12-hour packed tour of the park, DR countryside, and Montaña Redonda. The lunch was fantastic. They also provide a breakfast, water, and even rum during the trip.

I was in Punta Cana for 7 days, Dec 5 to 12, 2025. I went on 3 excursions arranged by Punta Cana Tours (Saona, Los Haitises, and Santo Domingo). I had a great time and felt well taken care of on each tour. My tour guides were Nathan, Ramon(cito), and Crystal. I was impressed by their language abilities, speaking multiple local and European languages including English, and their energy. Even the shuttle driver they sent to pick me up from my hotel, 4 Point, was very kind and attentive (Javier? That was his middle name, I didn't catch the first). If I'm lucky enough to go back to DR, I would use Punta Cana Tours again.

We booked our ATV excursion through Punta Cana Tours and it was hands down one of the highlights of our trip. The price was very, very fair and included transportation to and from our hotel plus a snack during the tour, which was a nice touch. What really set this apart from other tours I read about is that there was no constant pressure to buy things. You actually get uninterrupted off-road time through some of the most beautiful scenery. We rode along dirt trails, through lush landscapes, and even through local towns, which was such a cool way to appreciate the people and culture beyond the resorts. The only upsell was photos at the very end, and it was simply an offer to purchase with zero pressure. We ended up buying them because the photos and video were great and totally worth it. Our tour guide, Michael, was awesome. Super friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely made the experience fun from start to finish. You could tell he really cared about making sure everyone had a great time. One thing to be aware of: if you don’t book through your hotel, it can sometimes be tricky getting tours through the hotel gates since many hotels have affiliations with specific companies and don’t love outside vendors. That said, if you’re able to book this tour, this is the ATV experience you want if you’re looking for real off-roading, incredible scenery, and an amazing guide.
