Excellent

Traveled to Punta Cana mid February. The weather was great, ocean clean and warm. Not so many seaweeds, and our beach area was always cleaned.

The absolute worst airport transfer experience. Booked a private roundtrip transfer, was told driver would be outside with our name on a sign. Got outside to the typical chaos at PUJ to see no one with our name on a sign. Luckily our luggage porter offered to call the company for me. After about 15 minutes the driver was located. The airport pickup turned into a walk to a parking lot where our driver was. Ride was uneventful. The return transfer picked up 40 minutes late. Got to a point where I had to call a cab to get us to the airport. The return transfer showed up prior to the cab so we took it so we wouldn't have to spend $$$ that we already spent again on a cab. So 40 minutes late and the private transfer was not private. Driver thought it would be okay to give his friend a ride to the airport. Not what we paid for. Also, after the sale customer service is horrible. I emailed to confirm my pickup (because of the bad arrival experience) and heard nothing back. I also had the front desk at my hotel call the number on the confirmation when they didn't show for pickup...No answer. Seems like a real unorganized operation.

Excellent service for a great price! Definitely recommend!!

The transportation back to Airport was really great and the ride was good. I would recommend Punta Cana Now to anyone travelling to Punta Cana.
