Jose took our money and refused to give us a refund.. we booked a tour for our family and then an hour later decided to cancel after hearing some bad feedback from our hotel. He said he would refund me and that it was no problem but but he never did, despite multiple.messages. My bank will not refund me and now I'm out $555- would not recommend!

We booked the horse riding trip with José he was very helpful and made sure we had a fantastic time with a great price for a family of 7. We especially liked the tour of the authentic ranch before the horse ride. Where we were shown how they make their natural coffee, chocolate and honey. The staff all around were polite and friendly and the horses were well looked after. 100% recommend if you are looking for an authentic trip to support the local community.

We went on 3 different excursions in Punta Cana. Jose gave us a great deal and we had a wonderful time. I recommend them for sure!
