All gooood!!!😶😶😶😶😶

I walked into this lobby store to inquire about purchasing a carryon luggage. There was about 4 women at the register and not once did any of then greet me, come over to ask me if I needed help with anything. So I began to examine my options of various carryons. I opened one of the luggage pieces by testing the zipper, then one woman came over to where I was standing and just stared at me. I looked up and said "yes'? She asked me what I was doing, I said I need information of warranty for the luggage. She proceeded to be rude when I asked her if she knew the warranty information for the luggage options. She said and I quote ' ma'am, once you purchase it and leave the store we have nothing to do with it. I explained that I was looking for manufacturers warranty info,, she proceeded to take away the luggage and put it back where it had been on display and repeated herself. I for the 3rd time tried to explain that I was not looking for guarantees from the store but the actual manufacturer warranty, then two other women who worked there who had been listening to the conversation I was having with the 1st woman, and said that I can review the item before I left the store and that it was up to me to buy the luggage or leave it. I found the experience incredibly rude. There was no language barrier because I spoke to the women in Spanish. I ended up purchasing the luggage after using 'Google' search to find the information I needed. The women need training on customer service to address greeting customers, offering help instead of standing around gossiping and entertaining themselves, and they need to be informed on what manufacturer warranty means. I made my purchase the 13th of October 2023 at the lobby store of Occidental Punta Cana resort.

My boyfriend and I wanted to go shopping during our vacation. We found this shopping center online, but when we arrived, there wasn't much left of it. Almost all the shops had gone bankrupt (we asked a local). Definitely don't go there as tourists; the center is no longer there.
