Mass on Sunday is at 09:00! We accidentally arrived at 10:00, because there used to be two masses on sunday. But still a very nice church!
A beautiful Mass, touched by the Holy Spirit. Music filled with emotion and joy. A beautiful Mass, touched by the Holy Spirit. Music filled with emotion and joy.
Modern Catholic church. The interior is triangular in shape, with the altar at the apex opposite the entrance door. The altar is surrounded by two large frescoes depicting the Ascension of the Lord on the right and the Assumption of the Lord and Our Lady of Mount Carmel on the left. A structure, presumably plasterboard, has been placed on the vault to form a large cross, which emphasizes the interior both vertically and horizontally, accentuated by recessed lighting. The pews are arranged in a fan shape. To the left of the church is space for the electronic organ and a pew for the choir. Two lecterns on each side of the altar. The Blessed Sacrament is kept in an internal chapel accessed via a corridor protected by a gate. Holy Mass is well attended, with contributions from many lay people and deeply felt by the community.
A very beautiful and bright church. Current Mass times, which we learned at the parish office (as of November 1, 2023): Sunday: 9:00 a.m. Wednesday - Saturday: 7:00 p.m. No Mass on Mondays and Tuesdays
A simple but very welcoming church. A lively and joyful community.
