This the best place to do exercise..
The good: Excellent for those who don't know what to do at the gym, because they only offer classes, and very good ones at that—motivating and challenging. They provide follow-up and encourage you to go (obviously it's their marketing strategy, but I'm not complaining). They foster a strong community; people become gym friends and motivate each other. You're very likely to reach your fitness goals if you're disciplined. They hold contests and sometimes give away prizes of up to $500 USD. The bad: It's quite expensive, and the price doesn't include the monitor that makes the Orange Theory program work, so I'm deducting a point. They have very few classes, which is inconvenient for those who get off work at 6 pm and want to go to the gym afterward. It's either arriving late or waiting an hour for the next class. And they charge in dollars, not pesos, and the price fluctuates periodically depending on the exchange rate. All things considered, I'm doing very well there. I actually prefer it to other gyms, if my budget allows. If you can afford it, you'll really enjoy it.
I love this studio, it's well located, has excellent trainers, and I make great use of my time.
