It was a horrible experience trying to get them to honor warranties. Had almost a hour long chat with staff, result: âTHEIR STORE POLICY states, itâs not considered a defect, and they arenât liableâ. Baffled, I contact Apple support, they apologized, and sent me a replacement. Donât shop here and expect any sort of support/ care, even if you have a valid warranty or Apple care.
Absolutely useless customer service. Called to ask about an Apple keyboard and the rep didnât even bother to check inventory, just said âno, we donât have thatâ without a second thought. No effort to help, no suggestion for alternatives, nothing. Itâs like theyâre actively trying not to sell anything. This isnât customer service, itâs indifference. If you're looking for Apple products, save yourself the frustration and buy elsewhere or online (directly from Apple or Amazon). Oneclick clearly doesnât care about their customers.
Love how friendly and professional was the attention from that girl named Charleny. The service was fast but effective, Iâll look forward to come back and buy more stuffs.
Terrible service. 3 weeks later and I still don't have my laptop fixed or an estimated date of completion. I donât understand how they are Apple certified with their level of service and lack of offering replacement devices.
I find their product to be overly expensive. 1 AirPod pro 2nd generation for about 25k Dominican pesos⊠that is about 450 US dollars for a product you can buy directly from Apple at 200 or so USD, pay all necessary taxes and still save a bunch of money⊠if that is the prices for the AirPods I donât want to know for iPhones or Mac
