The place is welcoming, clean, and organized; you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in, without the tense atmosphere that some clinics sometimes have. Dr. Terrero is incredibly kind, attentive, and clear in explaining everything. It's not one of those rushed consultations where they barely speak to you; she takes her time, examines thoroughly, and gives genuinely helpful advice. It helped me a lot, especially since these days we're glued to our phones, computers, and TVs… and then the headaches and eye strain begin. Your eyesight isn't something to put off. I also want to mention Alfredo Molina, her assistant, because the excellent service started even before the appointment. He helped me make the appointment, guided me through everything, and answered my questions with great patience. Very helpful. He even gave me a lens cleaning cloth… a small but appreciated touch. Something I really liked is that it's not just the consultation and that's it. You can get your glasses right there; they work with a certified lab and even follow up with you to see how you're progressing. In other words, it's a pretty comprehensive service—they don't just leave you to your own devices after the checkup. In short, it's a place where you're treated well, without pressure, and with great care. If you have any vision problems or simply want a routine checkup, it's an excellent option. Because in the end, you change your cell phone every year, but your eyes stay the same… it's best to take care of them early. 👓😄
