price was $35 but told none available and had to pay for the $40… quite ironic actually that the day before we required it there was no mention of no availability for the $35.,,the scooter we received was the same as pictured on your site for $35, it would not hold its charge at all and my husband broke down twice the first day.. only going around the resort and 4 hours later no power… charged it up again and went to supper and again plugged it in at the resturant for another 2 hours and yet couldnt make it back to our room and once again had to be pushed back as my husband could not walk. We requested a replacement and happy to of gotten a replacement seeing none available but yet still paid $40 and same replica of what was posted on the site for $35..I had asked about our last day there if we required to keep it a little longer and was told not a problem. last day there we realized we would like to keep the scooter for another 5 hours yet I still had to pay the full $40… $280.00 US currency paid in cash…you need to upgrade your equipment cause it is old. My husband is only 168 lbs and could only go very very slow… we have rented other scooters before and it would hold its power for 2 days of non stop usage and could go faster and a lot cheaper than this…appreciate getting the scooter but wish I had gone with another company to of rented from

Fab company to rent from. Coming from England, I wasn't sure how to book a mobility scooter. They made it so easy, they were always helpful. The scooter was great, it was the right size as requested, the scooter chair was very comfortable. It made our holiday perfect, we were able to move about our resort with ease, it gave me the freedom and independence I had hoped for. This is a a good company I happily give 5 stars too

This company is awesome! We arrived at Sunscape Punta Cana and the people there called this company for my daughter needed a scooter. They delivered within 90 minutes. They were so nice showed me how much it would be in Canadian dollars and Dominican money. I was able to drop it off right at the resort before getting on the bus transfer. Very pleased with their service and price . They emailed me after I received and after drop off. Very good service Gail Styck

My sister and I rented two scooters for our visit in the Dominican Republic. Arranging the scooters was effortless and they were waiting for us when we arrived. I would definitely recommend using this company.

We rented these scooters for my boyfriend’s 80 year old mother and her sister to get around the resort we were staying at in the Dominican . When we got to the hotel , the hotel immediately called Emmy scooters they had the scooters delivered within 30 minutes. They are perfect for someone that can’t walk far distances and needs to get around. They definitely had some speed if needed but could go as slow as you wanted. When we were done we dropped them off right at the front door where we picked them up.. Emy scooters definitely made it very easy. I will definitely use them again!
