We have so enjoyed our stay here! Everyone has been wonderful! Food is great at the a la cartes! The property is beautiful! A shout out to Niko who does the shuttle and helps you to your room after check-in! Another shout out to Emanuel who was our server at Yumay. I will say we have not been disappointed at all here with all the lovely staff and amenities!🩷

Yajaira gave amazing service! So lovely and attentive. 5/5! Resort was amazing! Great food, fun activities! The resort was beautiful. We upgraded to the Level. Loved the upgrade, the sushi, the drinks, the service. Only cons: the website was a bit misleading - we only got one free spa service not daily; I guess that is for more than 5 night stay. Same with the butler. The reviews and our experience is check in wasn’t very smooth and took a long time - The app didn’t work at all for anyone but so much relied on it working. We had to go back a few times to make reservations for dinners when we thought it would be covered easily. Loved that when we arrived we had access to a snack bar with champagne. Loved our private beach area. Workouts, Aqua fit, sound bath, and sunset yoga were fantastic. Overall I would recommend the resort - I would just give folks the heads up about the check in and bookings. Highly recommend the Mediterranean restaurant. Room was gorgeous. Great water pressure. Comfortable bed with a selection of pillows. Lots of storage space. Lovely soaps and lotions. I found the air transit app super helpful such as our pick up times from the resort. The kids resort is next door and on the second last day some people kept bringing their spawn over to the adult only section - no thanks. The safes in the room are on the old card system so it’s important to ask for a card when you check in.

Meliá is very well maintained and the beaches were beautiful. We had exceptionally great service from Cesar at the beach bar. He was very quick to make great drinks and you can tell he really enjoys taking care of guests. Maribel at the Yumay bar also provided excellent service. Both outpaced service that we have seen at the rest of the resort!

The bar staff ( Radalis, Ramone and William from the fresco pool bar) at this hotel were outstanding. From the moment I sat down, they were friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Drinks were made perfectly—especially the mojito, which was one of the best I’ve had. Service was quick without feeling rushed, and the team clearly takes pride in what they do. They created such a relaxed, enjoyable atmosphere. A real credit to the hotel—thank you for a great experience!

We had a great experience at this restaurant, and a big part of that was thanks to our server, Ronny. From the moment we were seated, he was friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. He knew the menu well, gave excellent recommendations, and checked in at just the right times without ever feeling intrusive. Our food and drinks came out perfectly timed, and Ronny made sure everything was exactly how we wanted it. His positive attitude and professionalism really elevated the entire visit. We’ll definitely be back, and we hope to have Ronny as our server again.
