They fail to address the problems that arise, constantly failing to meet deadlines and processes. Although the sales department strives to do a good job, this is overshadowed by poor planning of processes and results from the operations department. They offer low prices at the cost of failing to deliver service.
Masterline is an excellent freight forwarder with well-structured logistics processes, and they respond to every request promptly and with high quality. The work environment is very pleasant, and the staff is exceptionally friendly.
Beware, because if your shipment is damaged, the insurance company Masterline uses will not cover the damages. I've been waiting for 10 months for compensation for items Masterline broke during transport. The insurance company has lied repeatedly and refuses to take responsibility.
