We took the "Lan and People" excursion, which was really fun at first. We visited the small village and the school, then the cigar factory and the chocolate factory. The visit to the rum factory was also okay. But then we got on the boat. It might not have been so bad if the boat trip hadn't lasted three hours, during which we had to see the same things twice. It was also a drunken, party-like atmosphere. I think you should have a drink at the hotel bar, not on an excursion, which, in my opinion, should involve something different. There were certainly so many beautiful places we could have seen, but apart from drinking and music on the boat, there seemed to be nothing else on the agenda. Three hours wasted. We came back really disappointed and can't recommend it.

Top Excursions We took two excursions: whale watching, Cayo Leventardo, and Santo Domingo. Both times we went with Denis, and we've never had a better guide. He provided a wealth of information. Everything felt more personal than commercial. In Santo Domingo, Denis took us to places you won't find in any other guidebook. Many thanks to Denis and Andi Tours!

We had two wonderful tours with Andy Tours. Our tour guide on both trips was Kai, and I have to say, I love the guy. The entire team was super friendly, a little family. We were on Catalina Island and did the Saona tour. If we fly to the Dominican Republic again, we will book with Andy Tours again.
