We had a fantastic stay here! First of all I want to thank Dashiria, Michelle, Udid, Victor and Mayelin from the animation team who were all great! The room was spacious, the beds VERY comfortable. We loved the food, and the different restaurants options were excellent. People are friendly and helpful, the beach is a dream, pool is huge, we never had an issue finding a lounge chair. We will definitely be back, thank you for the great memories!

Paradise. That's the perfect word that describes our stay. The place itself is incredibly well maintained and everyone is always buzzing around making sure everything is perfect for their guests. The beaches are amazing. We walked 10 miles back and forth on the beaches everyday. We felt safe and never were harrassed by vendors. The ocean was perfect for swimming and floating and we even got to see some whales from the club lounge! The food was good. The food at Majestic Elegance in Cancun was much better. The steakhouse and the Italian restaurants were both good but lacked variety. The Japanese restaurant was great! The staff amd flavors were amazing! Our butler was very nice but never showed us around the resort so we had to learn where things were from guests. The beach service was rather slow and inconsistent which was disappointing. We've been to Majestic in Cancun several times and the service there is much better. Definitely a different vibe between Cancun and DR. Don't get me wrong, we had a great time and will definitely be back,but there are differences.

Majestic Elegance Punta Cana is a beautiful resort with clean and spacious rooms, friendly staff, multiple pools, and a stunning beach. We stayed in a Club Suite, which meant we had a dedicated butler, Osvaldy, who was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. He answered all of our questions about the resort, helped book restaurant reservations, and secured a spot for us at the tennis and pickleball courts. The beach was without a doubt the highlight of our trip. The sand was soft and pinkish white, there was hardly any seaweed, and the water was warm and a beautiful turquoise blue. It truly felt like a postcard beach. I would highly recommend opting for the à la carte restaurants for every meal, as the buffet food was subpar in comparison. We enjoyed the steakhouse the most. Rayson was our favorite bartender and made the best drinks at the resort. He works at the bar in the steakhouse and is absolutely worth seeking out.

The resort sits on a stunning, calm stretch of beach with plenty of loungers by the water and comfortable sunbeds around the pool. Drink service was excellent in both areas, making it easy to fully relax and enjoy the setting. The drinks were high quality; I was able to enjoy my Grey Goose martinis and refreshing champagne throughout our stay. Our butler, Gabriel, was exceptional. He secured our restaurant reservations, arranged a late checkout, and checked in daily both in person and via WhatsApp. For my birthday, he surprised me by decorating our room with balloons, which was such a thoughtful touch. He truly made sure nothing stood in the way of us having the best possible experience. We’ve stayed at other all-inclusive resorts with VIP/butler service, and none compare to the level of attention we received here. Beach & Pool Service Maxima, Rosa, Anyelina, and Marilania were incredibly attentive and friendly. They made sure our cups were always full and greeted us with warm smiles every day. The bartender in the central plaza, Annamaria, was excellent — joyful, engaging, and talented. Overall, the service throughout the resort was truly top-notch. Every team member we encountered was focused on making sure we felt well cared for and completely stress-free. It was a wonderful, memorable stay, and we wouldn’t hesitate to return.

We had a fantastic stay at Majestic Elegance Punta Cana with a group of 15 ranging from a baby to seniors. The resort truly offered something for everyone. My unique highlight: chips and chocolate bars available at the buffet. I love my treats and this was something I'd never seen at another resort. The kids’ area was perfect for our toddler — family-friendly without feeling chaotic. Our upgraded room was spacious and ideal for traveling with little ones, with thoughtful design touches and plenty of room to relax. Minor issues (a weak mini-fridge and a slightly off-balance chair) didn’t impact our stay. Food was very good overall, especially the Italian restaurant and the Flavours buffet. We loved not needing reservations and had no trouble dining as a large group. Service was friendly and welcoming throughout, with great housekeeping and mini bar staff. Occasionally drink service was slow, but bars were always close by. The pools and beach were excellent — easy to find chairs, great layout for all ages, and a clean, walkable shoreline. Having golf included nearby was a great bonus and solid value. Overall, I’d rate it 4.25/5 and would definitely recommend it for families, groups, golfers — and anyone who appreciates great snack options at the buffet!
