Good service

Terrible service; they ruined a pair of pants I took in for dry cleaning. The woman who receives the garments is very rude, loud, and argumentative (as is the man who pretends to be "the owner"). The only good thing about the place is the tailors (people from the neighboring country, but polite and respectful).

Muy mal experencia con este lugar.Lleve alli 2 costumes para Niños de Navidad y muestras de Los pantalones y abrigos de los niños. Uno de los pantalones faltaba y nunca me lo entregaron. Ni tenían ganas de resolver el problema. El trabajo del señor es muy malo. Mala calidad ni hecho profesional. La señora que factura creo la dueña trata cobrar lo que ya está pagado y nunca me encontré la solución de la pérdida de los pantalones en valor de 60usd. Este lugar no recomiendo a nadie. Creo que son otras Sastreria mucho mejores aquí en Bávaro,Punta Cana
