Loved this place! I was alwalooking for a good hair salon in Punta Cana.. I went to change my hair color and install hair extensions and i loved it!! Very professional staff (Loved Jansel) and affordable prices! I also did braids for my daughter they came out so nice and they treated her like a princess.. I recommend it 100% and can’t wait to go back soon!

Horrible experience. By the time I got back home from the nail salon, my nails were already chipped. The photos are a couple of days later.

Sooo super disappointed, I’m from Canada and live in Punta Cana now. I went to KP to get my nails done as the reviews were really good. After sweating to death inside before the lady finally turned a fan on for me, she finished my nails they looked ok nothing super exciting. 7 days later they all started lifting and coming off, I went back and explained to them and showed them my nails they said nothing we can do only have 2 days to come back if falling off, she first told me she would redo them for $20 usd but then changed her mind and wouldn’t even do that for me… I pay a lot of money to get my nails done every 3 weeks so now I have to go elsewhere and pay for them to try and fix them. Beyond disappointed I will never go back or recommend this place to any of my Canadian friends here 😡

Yes, the 5* is well deserved!! Jansell did a full set of acrylic nails & gels. So thorough!! Open to feedback too, changing the shape I wanted to almond. Arguably a perfectionist. I was given a nice cold glass of water & a fan to cool down. 100% recommend.
