Do not use them please. We had a horrible experience with them and the service. The driver left us on the road in the middle of nowhere

Overall the experience was very good in such beautiful country. However, the experience outside the hotel while going to Samana and el Limón was not only overpriced as disappointing. No one’s fault really but $480 for a day out rushing to visit a island and some 30mt horse ridding seems excessive. Not even water available for guests in the bus after a 6h drive… The only other negative point was the reckless driving outing at risk children and adults. Should be smooth day not rushing. Not safe and disappointing. Remaining was fine.

Run and book Jumbo Tours! Jumbo Tours is highly professional and the way to go on vacation. A driver will be holding your name on a pad and and you ride in a private minivan. This is your personal car to all activities outside of the resort. Our group of four had a wonderful experience with their staff: Rubert, our driver, was friendly, punctual and drove safely. Teresa, our coordinator, was an excellent communicator and took charge of planning our excursions. Her positive attitude and vibes were contagious! She is a very special soul and made us feel like family. We will continue to use Jumbo Tours. Ask for Teresa! She is warm and efficient! I have used them several times not only for transfers but also Isla Saona trip. No complains we were a big group and it was fun and the food was delicious. For transfer I actually do send a couple of messages prior traveling day and one the day off. Always on time on both trips
