We rented a Duster for a couple of days and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The owner is super friendly, even offered to take a few minutes at the end of his day to drive us to our house, when I asked for a taxi recommendation. The car was in good condition, and having rented a quad from someone else before discovering this business can only recommend you go to Jessie’s first for any rental needs in Las Terrenas. Their bikes, scooters and quads are all in top condition, service is uncomplicated and they have great info to help you get the most from your visit! Highly recommended.

Exceptional customer service from initial rental process through to the minor glitch and emergency road service, all performed with minimal inconvenience or delay. In addition to the previously mentioned content Milan, the owner, also provided information on sights to see, beaches to visit and there are many, places to eat and grocery stores. Maribick, the rental agent is absolutely amazing, provided our quote, held on to a ATV/Quad for us and answered all our questions and set us at ease. We rented a scooter for a month while staying on Samana and afterwards a car for a whole month for a DR Roadtrip. We really had a good time and the rental enabled us to explore incredible parts of the country. With our scooter we had a flat tire once but the team helped us super quickly and we could go on. Also really fair deals for longer rentals, 100% recommended. 💪
