If I could give 0 stars for this place, I would. Location is convenient when entering town, but almost nothing else is good. We passed a night with electricity only now and then (even though all the houses around had light), the water didn't work, our rooms were missing items like pillowcases and blankets. When I asked why we paid 2600 pesos per night for no electricity or water, all I got were excuses. Never going back here.
Convenient but needs a lot of maintenance. Was much better in prior years but they have changed the administration about a year ago and from there on is not maintain properly. If you want to just sleep there is ok but you would not want to stay there for longer. Water leaks etc.
The room was clean but it was missing things you would expect for the price. For examplle, the toilet did not have a seat and the shower had no place to put the soap, The hotel does not have a generator to handle power outages. The hotel also advertises a restaurant but it is closed. I will look for a different place to stay for my next trip to Higuey.
Probably the best hotel in Higuey. It is a very quiet hotel. Rooms are nice and most have kitchen. Friendly staff. The hotel has a new part across the street. It has a top floor restaurant, however it is closed for remodeling. It is almost across the street from Multiplaza mall.
Remote control for air doesnt work, therefore must get out the bed to turn on or off, Mosquitos. Stove's refrigerator but no pots pans or plates.
