Room had mold in it. The fridge and toilet leak (if you even get a fridge in your room). The hotel staff ignore people trying to check in and then do room-changes while stealing items left behind. They do not honor what is booked online. The shower is cold, there is not enough bedding, they are not close to any tourist venues or the beach, there is no free breakfast contrary to what is listed online, and its noisy at night. The only redeeming quality is the refreshing pool.
If I could give zeros I would this place is absolutely horrid, please don't waste your money and time, the lady at reception sat in the waiting area on her phone for 15 minutes while I was waiting to check in I literally thought she was a guest because she had no uniform on, when she finally came to check me in she was so rude. The rooms were absolutely filthy, moulds everywhere with chipped walls and roof , stained and ripped sheets, limescale and grim all over the bathroom sink and shower broken outlets, and cupboards in the room, the chairs was so dirty. The breakfast was a joke aswell. The lady literally gave me half a slice of toast and cold egg, there was no hot water in the room or at the breakfast for the tea and was told to use the cold milk straight out of the fridge or not to bother them.there was also no water in the room or anything just a torn sheet and towel the bed frame was broken and supported with a piece of wood , the outlet was broken aswell there was so much hair and dirt in the drains both in the bathroom and in the tub. The tub was also very dirty don't recommend using it if you ever consider staying at this hotel. I was constantly ignored my the reception when I asked for a change of room and she told another staff in Spanish " just ignore this stupid foreigner and they will not disturb you " the WiFi was also bad didn't work in the room, the noise from the reception at 3am in the morning was so uncanny aswell.
The only good thing about it this hotel is it's location. Just checked out after a 1 night stay. Check-in was very slow. The receptionist looked so busy doing her own things. The room was clean. The door lock is difficult to unlock. I thought first they gave me a wrong key. There are gaps between the door and the doorframe. You can see what's happening outside through the gap, and vice versa. And you can hear what's happening outside, too noisy. The air conditioner was on full cold as I entered the room. No remote control, no switch to turn it off. It was so cold at night so that I had to turn the main electric breaker off that also cut all lights in the room. Overall, for 1 night stay it's ok for the price I paid. But I don't recommend this hotel.
I really appreciate the lady at the front desk. I came over from a hotel up the street after they lied about my reservation being confirmed. Within 5 minutes of booking online, the lady was able to get me a room with no problems. As they say, you get what you pay for. I believe the room I got was roughly $28 a night. It’s not the Hilton or a fancy resort hotel. The room I was in was clean, but there were no towels, and a piece of the ceiling in the bathroom was falling down. Other than that the AC worked, the shower wasn’t bad, and the bed was fairly comfy. No safe was in my room or a fridge. If you’re on a budget I’d say this is a good spot and it’s in a nice location.
It's a small, clean hotel. Rooms are modestly decorated but are fine for their price. Customer service was helpful. Breakfast is served with an egg ,two pieces of bread, and a one small piece of cheese with coffee and drink. Pool , it looks like water is not cleaned regularly, so I did avoid going in it. Overall it's OK for this price. The best part is its location. Banks restaurants and supermarket all are on the walking distance
