The hotel itself is actually quite cute, but the rooms urgently need to be renovated. The bathroom had one of the light bulbs burnt out. The remote control in the room was in terrible condition, and we had to replace the battery. The shower had very little water pressure, and it was quite difficult to take a shower because only a tiny amount of water came out. The toilet seat wasn’t aligned. And the ceiling of the room was moldy, as shown in the photos. Another extremely important detail is the fact that we stayed six days at this hotel, and the housekeepers cleaned the room only once — and that was because we asked them to. If we hadn’t asked, we would have stayed six days with no cleaning at all, which is unacceptable. On another day, we needed to wake up early, and breakfast was supposed to be served starting at 7 a.m. We ended up without breakfast because we were waiting for our transfer, and there was no one available to assist us at the restaurant at 7 a.m., nor at the hotel reception. On that day, we were going to request room cleaning, but we couldn’t, because there was no one at the reception at 7 a.m. And finally, communication was quite difficult because only one employee at the hotel speaks English. Overall, the staff was attentive, but there is one employee who is not friendly at all. I would not recommend this hotel and I would not return under any circumstances.

Rooms are okay, but the service makes up for it. A very nice off grid stay, but yet, you're 2 miles from the center of restaurants and all the noise you want. Surprisingly enough, there is a cigar factory not even 42 walking steps to the right of them, so if you need smokes, don't worry about it, they have tours too. However, just so happen I had already booked my tour at Don Lucas. The pool here is very nice, the hotel.staff is kind, very helpful and the restaurant food is good which is downstairs. They have complimentary breakfast, but be mindful you choose ONE item of thr menu. I am an egg Man, and the omelet with vegetables is sensational, divine, outstanding, get the picture, LOL.. I will stay here again after a few days here, my trip was for a week. Thank you guys, for changing out my.room to a better room, and always smiling. Super helpful.

I gave everything a one because it’s nothing like I expected from phone on instagram and reviews from others. We weren’t welcome in a friendly manners, rooms smells like old and suffocating, no windows or bathrooms air, shower were broken, puddles of water on the bathroom floor when off the shower, no carpet. They won’t give you service of towel until you ask because we stay 4 days, 3 nights. It’s a hotel and restaurant. The worst restaurant I ever been in my whole life, terrible service and the food was soggy and unseasoned. You need a better customer services in your hotel. The hotel also had a pool but we didn’t swim once because it was dirty. This hotel is located somewhere where you’ll feel very unsafe, dark and out of no where. Needs a lot of improvement or you’ll come down to no service like that.

This out-of-the-way hotel is just right for the business trip when you need a clean, cold and comfortable place to sleep. I even took a picture of the pillow brand of how comfortable it was. Included breakfast was hot and delicious. All staff, super courteous.
