I would like to share my experience at Hospiten – Punta Cana (Bávaro). I arrived at the emergency department around 3 PM and waited approximately three hours, which is understandable given the number of patients. During my first consultation, I felt slightly uncomfortable due to what seemed like a distant attitude. It may simply have been a misunderstanding, but as a patient, one is especially sensitive to kindness and communication. Fortunately, the rest of my experience was very positive: comfortable room, well-prepared meals, and attentive nursing staff. I would especially like to thank Ryan for his availability, kindness, and outstanding professionalism. Thank you to the entire team for the care and service provided.

Hospiten in Punta Cana is modern, clean has good people to help with your problems. Medical staff are thorough and good at their job. Rooms are clean and comfortable if you have to be admitted. The food could be improved. Medical and administrative staff should coordinate their activities in order to speed up discharge processing. Staff were helpful, attentive and friendly.

During my stay, I suffered from food poisoning and was treated at the Hard Rock Hotel clinic. I would like to sincerely thank Dr. Yadhira Durán and her assistant, who were absolutely excellent with me. From the very first moment, they treated me with kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. Dr. Yadhira took the time to explain everything clearly, reassure me, and make sure I was properly taken care of throughout the entire process. In a difficult situation, her attention and dedication truly made a difference. I was also treated at Hospiten Bávaro, where I received very good care as well. The service was fast, organized, and the entire staff was professional and attentive. However, I would especially like to highlight Dr. Yadhira Durán’s outstanding work and compassionate approach. Her dedication and human warmth were exceptional. Thank you to the entire team.

If you ever need a doctor in Punta Cana, Dr. Jurianni Araujo from the Clinic Assist at Hard Rock Hotel, part of Bavaro Hospital, is absolutely the one to see! We visited three other doctors before coming to her, and she was by far the best. She made both me and my child feel completely at ease from the very first moment. What truly set her apart was how she explained everything in detail — making sure we fully understood the condition and treatment plan every step of the way. Her knowledge, attentiveness, and genuine care for her patients are exceptional. As a physician, Dr. Araujo treats both children and adults, making her the perfect choice for the whole family. A heartfelt thank you to Dr. Enmanuel Payano! When I suddenly fell seriously ill right after checking into my resort in Punta Cana, Dr. Payano provided me with prompt, accurate, and highly professional medical care that quite literally saved my vacation—and possibly more. Last December, I traveled to Punta Cana for a vacation. Before boarding my flight, I ate a SmashBurger that may have been spoiled. By midnight, while checking in at the hotel front desk, I suddenly felt dizzy and unable to stand, followed by severe vomiting. My blood pressure dropped sharply to 80/40. The front desk staff quickly brought me to the on-site clinic. Dr. Payano immediately conducted a thorough history-taking and examination, decisively recognized the severity of my condition, and strongly recommended hospital admission for proper treatment. I hesitated at first, but soon vomited violently again, with my blood pressure remaining critically low at 80/40 for an extended period and my heart rate climbing to 120. Following the doctor’s firm professional advice, I agreed, and an ambulance from Hospiten hospital promptly transferred me to their emergency department. After nearly 20 hours of continuous IV fluids and supportive treatment, my condition improved significantly by the next evening. I was discharged and happily returned to the hotel, finally able to enjoy the rest of my vacation starting on the third day. It was precisely Dr. Payano’s quick response, accurate diagnosis, and decisive recommendation that turned a potentially dangerous situation around. Thank you once again, Dr. Enmanuel Payano, from the bottom of my heart! You were the warmest and most dependable guardian during my trip.
