I would strongly advise anyone to stay away from this Hospital. My experience there was absolutely terrible. The service was disorganized, unprofessional, and extremely unsafe. Doctors were almost impossible to find when needed, and it felt like there was no supervision or accountability. Staff members seemed to do whatever they wanted, with no clear communication between departments. What scared me the most was when a doctor’s assistant gave my wife the wrong medication. This was not a small mistake — it was a serious error that could have cost her life. When I confronted the staff about it, instead of taking responsibility, they tried to deny and lie about what happened, even though I witnessed everything with my own eyes. That level of dishonesty is unacceptable in a medical facility. On top of that, they attempted to add extra charges to our bill for things that were already covered by our insurance. It felt like they were making things up just to charge more money. Instead of being transparent, they tried to mislead us. Between the lack of professionalism, poor communication, dangerous medical mistakes, and questionable billing practices, I cannot recommend this hospital to anyone. Please think twice before trusting this place with your health or the health of someone you love.

Terrible service in the area of ​​billing and contacting the patient's insurance company. I spent an entire day waiting for my bill and no one gave me an answer; they blamed the insurance company for everything. They need to replace the staff in that department.

The service at this place leaves much to be desired. Today I spent five hours going up and down repeatedly to get some simple tests and x-rays. The process is tedious and disorganized, and the employees don't seem to care about people's time.

Terrible service, they left my child without IV fluids for several hours, he got a fever and they left him like that. They charge you for the room and miscellaneous items too; the room ends up costing more than going to a resort. They charge you a lot without giving you good service.

My opinion is that they're poorly organized; you always have to go to different places to pay, etc. The hygiene in the rooms has recently become another issue. My father has stayed there three times, the last time being on December 24th, and he used the same sheet for three days. I had to tell them off, and luckily they discharged him that same day. That's my complaint; otherwise, everything was fine.
