These people are thieves. My tire had a nail that I had already noticed and pointed out to the man there, and he found two more punctures. He wanted to charge me 400 pesos for each one, and I was watching him the whole time. He only fixed the one I told him about from the beginning. Be careful, and IF YOU'RE A TOURIST, DON'T GO HERE!!!!!!!!!
