Mayra is my go to for Brazilian waxes. She always does an excellent job, and the owner Loraine consistently provides amazing customer service. I highly recommend Glamour Salon & Spa
Extremely unprofessional experience. I visited for a hair wash and frontal reglue and was told to wait for a specific stylist. After waiting for two hours, I had to be the one to ask for an update, only to be told they couldn't perform the service. This was incredibly frustrating as I had an important event today. While Odalys was helpful and did what she could, the lack of communication from the rest of the staff is unacceptable. Please do not waste people's time—if a service cannot be provided, communicate that immediately. I do not recommend this place.
WARNING ⚠️ this place is a scam. They give you an exact quote love the phone or in person and after you finish yr services the price has doubled. If you wash hair you have to pay to dry pay to flat iron pay to style. Estafa and the owners talk down on Americans. They don't like Americans and because a lot of them can't speak Spanish they don't understand what's being said. They have newborns and babies crawling all over the shop. When you tell them how you want you nails designed they give you attitude. You ask for spa pedicure hey just put your foot in a small bucket of water. I had to demand to go to the spa chair since that's what I paid for. I had to teach the stylist how to do the hair. Now I have seen plenty of reviews saying they change prices all the time so it's my fault for going here.. this is a fair warning even though it's the most upscale place in punta cana is not even worth the visit. Either locations.

Run…they just over invoiced my teenagers. Prices in website showed 90$ and they charged 180$ taking advantage of young tourists. Shame on you! Have a look on previous comments, not the 1st time. They did it with other people so I recommend you to double check BEFORE starting the price so no surprise. Just to be fair, job done was good.
