If you want to wait 2 hours to pay and get treated like they are doing you a favor selling you low cuality products, this is the place to go... Old and i mean Old system for collecting money, they scan a product and it takes 30 seconds to pop up on screen. Someone better will come along and they wont know what hit them if they dont actualize

We bought these materials from this hardware and we are glad to have been treated and accommodated well. The workers are very helpful and patient in understanding us since we don’t speak good Spanish. We also got free delivery. Poor service, seems fully stocked always but in fact have gone for products which a hardware stores should always have and they do not have them. Have revisited a few day or even a week later and haven't stocked the product. Cashiers are slow and provide poor customer service. Do not have all departments automated and tend to provide SKU codes handwrited which creates confusion to cashiers and take much of your time getting the right codes from the delivering department. Hardware store wirh strategic location, good parking but because of what I previously exposed makes every visit a dissapointment and time consuming

Rather a restricted variety of products and hot store since there's no A/C, but prices are better than other stores in this area.
