Disgraceful. A home delivery took 1 hour and 43 minutes, and not only that, but they told me the delivery driver had a flat tire. The truth is, the driver started his route at 11:00 AM. I called at 10:20 AM, and rather than lose the sale, they decided to leave me without my medication for almost two hours. Not to mention it was by far the most expensive in the area. Thanks for the lie, so you wouldn't lose 446 pesos. I'm giving it one star because I can't give it zero.
