Everything about this experience was awesome! The beach was beautiful of course we swam many days. The views, clean and huge pool, lounging areas, many bars to choose from and most of all the staff!!! Cherelyn and party boy were so awesome and made sure that we were always having a great time, engaging in activities. Loved everyone and hope to come back one day!

We had an incredible stay at Excellence Punta Cana. From the moment we arrived, the service was truly top-notch. The staff throughout the resort goes above and beyond to make you feel welcomed and taken care of. A special shout-out to Jose Luis at Magna. He consistently provided five-star service and made us feel like family every time we saw him. He was one of the highlights of our trip and someone we’ll always remember from our stay. The grounds are absolutely beautiful. The landscaping is pristine and constantly maintained. You see the team working all day—mowing, pruning, cleaning, and even mopping walkways—to keep everything perfect. The entire resort feels spotless and very well cared for. The beach is one of the best I’ve seen. It’s huge, clean, and stretches for what feels like miles, making it perfect for long walks. Beach service is fantastic as well—staff regularly come by with drinks and check in to make sure you’re taken care of. The food could be a little better overall, but once you figure out where to go and what to order, there are definitely great options and meals to enjoy. Overall, this resort delivers an amazing experience thanks to the incredible staff and beautiful property. The service alone makes it stand out. We had a fantastic time and will absolutely be back.

This was my first adults only all inclusive and just wow!!! From the moment you arrive the service and staff are so friendly and welcoming! The grounds are beautiful and kept really well! I was a solo, mid-30s female and I felt extremely safe and welcomed. I had a blast. Pros: cleanliness, rooms are very spacious, staff is very friendly and accommodating. Poll area is great! Drinks are readily available and great! Beach is clean and very easy to access Cons: water in front of resort was very rough was given advice to walk right do resort for MUCH calmer water. Not enough beach chairs (on beach and at pool) for number of guests. People snag chairs at 630am. Food was sometimes great and sometimes ehhh. Nothing terrible, many options…but nothing to write home about. Overall great time! Can’t wait to come back!

We celebrated our 26th anniversary at Excellence Punta Cana, and the entire team made it such a special and unforgettable experience. The resort is beautiful, relaxing, and truly the perfect place for a romantic getaway. What made our stay exceptional was the incredible staff. The service waiters and activity team were outstanding — always friendly, attentive, and full of positive energy. A special thank you to Miguel and Cherylin for keeping the activities fun and engaging throughout our stay. We also want to recognize Luis (waiter) for his excellent and attentive service, and Luis, the entertainment supervisor, who did an amazing job leading the team and making sure everyone was having a great time. And we absolutely have to give a huge thank you to Damarys — she was hands down the best waitress! So kind, warm, and genuinely caring. She truly went above and beyond to make our anniversary feel extra special. Altagracia was also wonderful — always friendly, attentive, and welcoming. The staff made us feel celebrated and appreciated during such an important milestone in our lives. We can’t wait to return. Highly recommend Excellence Punta Cana!

Rieson and Juan Carlos are the reason people choose all-inclusive resorts. The entire staff at Excellence Punta Cana is incredibly kind, upbeat, and genuinely happy to be there, but Rieson and Juan Carlos went completely above and beyond for my girlfriend and me. Their energy, humor, and attention made us feel welcomed every single day, not just like guests but like people they truly cared about taking care of. I sincerely hope their manager sees this, because they are a huge part of what makes Excellence so special. On top of that, the food was consistently very good and the service throughout the resort was outstanding. We never once felt crowded, never waited for a table, and never had to stand around for a drink. Everything felt smooth, relaxed, and effortless — exactly what you hope for when booking an all-inclusive. This resort exceeded our expectations, and the staff is what truly sets it apart.
