Despite having a confirmed booking there was no vehicle when I arrived.

Excellent customer service. They picked us up from the hotel and dropped us off back afterwards returning the car. The car was clean and in a good condition. Definitely we will use them again.

I book a rental car with this company, paid for the rental car and an extra insurance of 12 a day to have peace of mind when I went to pick up the car in punta cana in the Dominican Republic. The people at the counter wanted an extra 40 dollars for an extra insurance or 3500 deposit. I immediately refuse I was upset because this is the second time that this company cheat on me but this time I'm fighting back.

We hired a car here for the day via our hotel. While the car Itself was good (albeit small for 4x 6foot tall occupants) there are a few items that you need to be aware of: - Book online, the walk-in prices charged are very inflated compared to the online prices. - Speak to the agent up front about insurance. We were signed up and charged for premium level insurance without being asked or consulted (your credit card might, as is in my case, already cover the insurance). - When we called first time the price quoted was so inflated we refused, with the price then being dropped about 15% after we refused. - The car quoted was supposedly "top level", but turned out to be a Europcar compact SUV level. In spite of all the staff were friendly, even if I knew I was being taken for a ride. The admin was all in order and the included hotel-Europcar-hotel transport worked out fine. Note: European debit cards don't work at the petrol stations we tried (no Maestro), credit cards do though.

Great customer service! Returned the car I rented in Santo Domingo three days earlier quickly with no additional or hidden fees. They even drove me back to my resort five miles away at no charge! Very satisfied with the whole experience.
