We reserved a car which needed to be picked up at this location on a Sunday. Google map and booking.com both indicated the agency was open on Sunday which was NOT TRUE. They are CLOSED on Sundays. We tried calling other Europcar locations to get answers. No one picked up their phones. We were stranded and had to find another option. It was very disappointing.
Ficamos quase três horas com uma bebê esperando providenciarem o carro que havia sido previamente locado e pago pela internet. Por fim, entregaram um carro diferente, imundo de sujo e fedendo cigarro, fazendo com que esperassemos mais tempo para troca no calor, sem água, com uma bebê de poucas semanas.

The customer service was terrible; they offered to call back but never did. One agency told me to call the other, but neither resolved the issue. I don't think I'll ever rent from them again.
