The worst service I've ever received in the eastern part of the city. The owner (Elias) takes all the money upfront and then doesn't deliver. He doesn't answer phone calls or WhatsApp messages. Irresponsible.

They don't answer phone calls, even after I've paid for their services, and the work takes an extremely long time. Besides being a repeat customer, I've requested expensive work on several occasions, and they don't seem to value customer loyalty. They've ignored my calls even though the materials were already paid for and at their facility, and they refused to install them after two weeks.
