Super service. Doris listened carefully to our interests and rough plans and guided us with integrity, kindness and professionalism. We ended up renting a little scooter (everything was ready on time, her friend who arranged it for us was similarly charming, polite and helpful) and we had a lovely time riding to the beautiful Playa Rincon together!

Doris, a reliable and professional person, explained the various excursions to us (speaking slowly so we could understand her clearly), and she was able to tailor three tours for us, tailoring them perfectly to our tastes and needs. Ariel, who accompanied us on the excursions in his beautiful, comfortable and spacious car, was equally excellent. All at reasonable prices!! Excellent agency. Doris provided very helpful advice (and a very warm welcome in French, too). The two excursions we took were well-organized (Los Haitises National Park + Cayo Levantado and the half-day whale watching tour). Special mention for the punctual and resourceful driver.
