Ignacio was a wonderful representative of and amazing property. We did the lazy river twice, Hal can, wave poil and j' st enjoyed the entire park. Food was reasonable price and tasty. We may come back for a second day!

We had a fantastic day. Started with Lazy rivers, then some thrill slides. Off to the other side for some tube slides. A cenote swim, zip line, kayaking, wave pool. Endless day of fun. Great food and service. Photos taken around sight. We will return. Even though our kid is older there is a huge area for smaller kids to slide and lazy rivers, tree house to climb.

This water park is very fun for all ages. I really loved the thriller slides. The lazy river was beautiful to relax in. The food was great as well. Johangel at the front desk was very welcoming and friendly to us. The workers at the water slides were amazing as well! Lockers are available for purchase.

We had a great day at El Dorado Water Park! The park is super clean and has tons of lounge chairs, so it was really easy to find a comfortable spot to relax. The included meal was tasty and better than what you usually get at water parks. There’s a great variety of activities — fun water slides, canoeing, SUP boards, and even snorkeling, so there’s something for everyone. We went on a Thursday at the end of November and it wasn’t busy at all, which made the whole experience even better. Overall, an awesome place to spend the day!

Great waterpark with a really good layout and loads to do. There was more than just slides, they had a wave pool, snorkeling, canoeing, and a zip line! Also absolutely loads of beds/ places to sit so you don't need to upgrade. The park was also soo empty, don't know if it's the time of year we came but we didn't queue all day it was SO quiet. Kids area seemed really good too. You get a meal included in the price and they had a gluten free pizza included which was the same size as regular and tasted just as good! So as a celiac this was a bonus 10/10 day
