Horrible if you need anything returned by a certain day or time. Promise one day and then that evening called to say clothes had not even been started. Day of delivery offered to go pick it up myself as their delivery time would be too late then apologize and guaranteed it would arrive and of course missed appointment because they told me they were here and did not arrive for another 45 minutes.

Recommended especially if you are staying in a resort that will charge $4usd per piece of clothes to wash. I have a family of 5, and we had 105 pieces of clothing do the math. Well, I went here, and they only charged me 25 dollars. You can pay with foreign credit cards or dominican pesos.

Customer service has to improve as well as be clear with the customer What happened to me is that I went with 31pcs of laundry They said over 30 pieces ill pay 30 pesos per piece,if less,50 pesos per piece (way too expensive,obviously a price just made for turist). So the owner (i think she is) she counted quickly and she say they were 25 pieces obviously for charge me more. I gave the amount of 1250 pesos. When i picked up the laundry I counted the item in front of the employee and they were 31 and the excuse was that they count socks like one pair of two just as 1!! Basically they did everything for dont give me my money back!!NEVER AGAIN DONT LET THIS PEOPLE FOOL YOU!!!and terrible customer service aswell!!

I am so very completely satisfied with the service this company has offered me. To start off they were very punctual in picking up ( and drop off) my laundry at a resort we are staying at in Punta Cana. I sent them off with 2 big bags of** very **dirty laundry. I have 3 young children and we are on vacation- needless to say the clothes were full of stains and over all needed a deep, thorough cleaning. Furthermore I requested that everything be rinsed out thoroughly as I strongly dislike any chemical residual smell on clothing especially for the little ones . They did an amazing job everything is spotless, Smells beautifully clean but does not smell of soap residue just very nice clean and fresh. Everything was folded neatly, what needed to be ironed was perfectly done and hung up very professionally, and I am over all extremely satisfied ! I would strongly recommend this company to anyone traveling here during your stay in the DR. They had very fair prices, for a superb job and especially compared to the outrageous rates they charge over here at the resorts. I also have had my laundry washed by several other people while in the Dominican and all were absolutely sub par, almost dirtier than before, still stained and stinking of chemicals. This is the place to go I would go nowhere else now that I know of them I am so thankful. Makes vacation a lot nicer knowing I can have clean clothes while not at home!
