I’ve had a very frustrating experience with this Domex location. I’ve now been turned away twice because they keep asking for additional documents that are not listed anywhere in the official requirements. It feels inconsistent and disorganized. On top of that, the customer service was disappointing. The employee at the counter was rude, dismissive, and offered no real help or clarification—just sent me away again without guidance. If you’re planning to come here, be prepared for possible delays and unclear requirements. Definitely not the level of service I expected.

Unfortunately, my experience with Domex Friusa has been very disappointing. This is the second time I've gone during business hours (3:50 p.m.) and found the doors closed, causing inconvenience and frustration to customers who rely on their services. This time, after three of us waited outside, an employee finally arrived on a motorcycle to open the store. This lack of punctuality, coupled with poor customer service, reflects a worrying lack of commitment and respect for customers. I hope they can take the necessary corrective measures to provide the quality service they promise. We're not begging; we're paying for the packages we pick up. We need better customer service.

I would like to know the actual opening hours, as I have come several times and found the place closed. Yesterday I waited 20 minutes and it was closed again; today the same thing happened.

Terrible service, it's closed at 12:40 pm. I came from far away to pick up a package and they're not providing service.
