The attendant went way beyond what was required to help me with my package. Very grateful to her.

I'm writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the service I've received from DHL. I sent a used cell phone as a gift to my friend, but despite already charging her, the package has been in hold for a month. I'm confused and upset that DHL is still requesting additional payment for a simple family donation. I don't understand why the package is being hold for so long, as it's just a used cell phone being sent as a gift. Please help resolve this issue and release the package as soon as possible. I'd appreciate it. Thank you
