This is a condominium with beautiful ocean views and it has the feel of a private beach cuz there's so few people there.

If you don’t have a car you have a problem as no uber allowed past the gates. There’s no immediate restaurants so food shopping is necessary. Overall a very nice place

Beautiful quiet romantic vibe... At night it gets very quiet and dark, but the beach waters are breathtaking and would definitely recommend these villas if ur not looking for the noisy resort vibes

Far away from everywhere. Local security disallowed our Uber driver to get in despite I shared our apartment number and the qr code. If you want a nice vacation choose a different place.

Punta Palmera inside Cap Cana is a beautiful apartment complex with an amazing beachfront location. The beach is stunning, and the pool is well-designed and perfectly located. It’s an excellent place to stay if you’re looking for relaxation, especially if you rent one of the apartments near the water—the views are breathtaking. Since these are privately owned apartments, your experience may vary depending on which unit you rent. However, the one I stayed in was very good. The general maintenance of the complex is well handled, with gardens in perfect condition and the beach and pool area well maintained. The only thing I noticed was that the buildings could use more frequent painting, as some signs of deterioration are visible. It would be great if management took this into account to keep the complex in top shape. Overall, a fantastic place to relax, and I would definitely recommend it!
