I had two bad experiences at that clinic. Once, I accompanied someone to the emergency room, and when we arrived, they were following the same procedure for everyone: putting them on a mat, and they didn't even take their blood pressure, which is basic. Another bad experience I had was when I went there for a CT scan. They told me to come back in two days, and when I returned to pick up the results, the technician went into the computer and printed a sheet saying everything was fine, but they didn't give me any images like they do in other places. They gave me a CD, but it turned out to be blank. When I took it to the doctor who ordered the scan, he told me to come back for the results. In the end, he had to save them to my phone from the computer. I understand that this is very wrong because if they charged me 4,000 pesos, it was to ensure they did a quality job and did it properly. They need to be reviewed as a center because if Nuria goes there one day, the Ministry of Public Health will have to close that clinic due to so many deficiencies and negligence.
