Husband needed a colonoscopy. Had to have 3 separate visits prior for blood work, X-ray and electrocardiograph. For each one, you must arrive around 6 am because it it 1st come first served starting at 7. That being said, they don't actually start procedures until later. Additionally, you must line up similarly to receive results at different windows for each procedure. Lots of waiting and many visits from the campo. That being said, the staff is wonderful and procedures done efficiently. That is what counts.

Excellent doctors but terrible customer service. If you call to make an appointment, they either don't answer or they hang up on you, and they don't answer on WhatsApp either. I had to make a trip just to make an appointment in person, and when they finally attended to me, it was begrudgingly.

Terrible service via WhatsApp! Employees take hours, even days, to confirm an appointment! Playing with the poor person's health, which I don't think is right.

You go to the emergency room and they don't even help you, they just send you to a consultation. It shouldn't be like that. I understand that someone who goes to the emergency room does so because they feel unwell.
