We were willing to buy 2 adult basic bikes. Realized it would be expensive, however we were shown 1 bike, no kickstand, no basket, very basic before 28%tax and delivery $650...really....

In my opinion this is the best bike shop in all of Punta Cana. The owner and staff are very knowledgeable and offer an excellent quality of service for bike maintenance. I personally have a Giant road bike and a Cervelo TT bike and I trust them very much with maintaining and handling both. In terms of parts, accessories and nutrition they are always stocked and have a wide variety. Give them a try because you won't be disappointed.

Excellent bike shop! Friendly staff, and good selection of bikes and accessories. I went there and bought a bike pump which I took home and had some trouble, I had to take it back to the store and they helped me immediately and found a bike pump for me that worked perfectly and quickly exchanged for me without problems. I really appreciated that service, also they have group bicycle rides every week and that is amazing as I plan to join them. I found a new bicycle family in Bavaro/Punta Cana 🫶🏼🚴💪🏼 🇩🇴

Great service!! I wanted to rent a road bike while vacationing in Punta Cana. Armando helped me with a great Specialized Roubaix bike. They delivered it with everything I needed and did not charge me CO2 and tube i did not use.

This place will charge you the cost of Tourist pricing point and they will do their best to sell even when lie to you of how great we will enjoy the bike even knowing our purpose of purchasing (daily grocery to Jumbo from Cocotal - we are new here - it’s actually very dangerous riding the bike here). We bought a bike and a baby back seat in total of ~$800 usd (for the separate tires we bought extra, at first they said $30 each ended up $42 each btw). They didn’t mention any warranty or service until I ask them about it, they said 3 months warranty and if return it’s 18% loss (their saying is for the tax - we know tax won’t happen for return transaction because we did at Jumbo). The bike ended up not working for us (it’s mad dangerous on the road, even when biking on the walking path, the baby back seat not working out with the bike structure, we brought the bike back were told it’s 33% loss now (instead of the 18% they first said), I could have gave 1 star but because they agreed to negotiate to 28% loss from 33% loss, giving 2 stars (although they said 18% at first). Best is to not speaking English when shopping here, to avoid tourist pricing point because no fixing price. This whole thing happens because no written policy of warranty and return . Also, they changed what they said.
