Great service and respectful staff and willing to assist and answer all questions. If you pay cash ask for discount and if you pay with credit card the discount will be less.

I had a major electronic failure causing my car to not start. They fixed that problem but in the process they blew out all of the lights on the rear of my car. Most are sealed units so I had to purchase all new tail light assemblies for almost $500 USD.

Do not use this place unless all you need is an oil change or you know a lot about cars. They dont keep up on basic maintenance unless you tell them, and not everyone knows about cars. They never changed the oil in my rear differential and now it has failed, i drive a 2019, and the cost to repair it is around $3000 USD. I have used this place for oil changes for quite some time but I will never return or recommend them.

Service is ok,however I have been going there for a few years was always satisfied with their work and the prices. But their prices have doubled or more its just feels like your being fleeced. I won't being going back

The first time I visited Atlantic for servicing, everything went well. Now that I'm living in another province, when returning to Punta Cana I came in for a second visit. Not so good. I was very specific on the services, including a clear translation to Spanish. Lube, oil Filter - coolant flush - tire rotation (specified rotation order). Upon returning to collect my vehicle, the rep apologized for not getting the rotation done and asked me to wait 20 min. for it to be completed. Not a problem (I thought). I watched as they removed, balanced and replaced my tires to the same locations. When reviewing my factura, they also changed my air filter, cabin filter, topped up my washer fluid, did a wheel alignment, penetrating spray, double charged for coolant and a 250 peso "miscellaneous" charge. When I pointed this out, especially the fact they removed / replaced my tires after the supposed alignment, the shop boss declared he personally did the alignment. I asked, how then is are the wheels aligned, if they just removed and balanced them in front of me? He claimed it was done before. When I looked for the original rep who booked my service and the work order to show I only asked for 3 services, he and it was nowhere to be found. How quickly Atlantic has lost my trust. What appeared to be a decent automotive service shop, is a bait and switch - up charging - disrespectful - and blatantly unprofessional business. Take your chances in going here. My own fault and lesson, is I should have refused to pay for services that I did not request. HIGHLY RECOMMEND AGAINST GOING HERE FOR SERVICE.
