I absolutely do not recommend them. If you haven't rented with them before, it's best not to. Keep looking, and if you made the mistake of renting with them, hold onto your deposits because they'll do anything to keep your money... They'll scam you!

ALCO Real Estate is a very solid company that offers multiple solutions for landlords and tenants. I've known its founder and some of his closest collaborators for years. They're excellent at managing rentals.

They keep your deposit. The construction quality is extremely poor. You have to call them before hammering a nail to check if it's safe to do so in that spot on the wall. It's a total rip-off.

This company scammed a close friend out of his deposits. After a month of no response, they told him they'd used almost 80% of the money for repairs, but when they sent photos, it was only for painting one wall. Don't rent from this company, be careful.

Not recommended if you're looking to rent from professionals; they'll try to keep your deposits without justification.
